1m2 stairs - an innovative work of art at 1 m2 The 1m2™ stairs are an artistic solution for a practical problem: lack of space. As the name indicates, these stairs will fit on a floor surface of 1 m2 (10.76 square feet). This is the smallest amount of floor surface that still allows practical usage of the stairs. It took us a while, but after a few months we finished the design. This design was sent to The Netherlands Patent Office, who issued a patent for this model. Meanwhile, we have not only seen a lot of interest, but are also happy to say that the 1m2 stairs have found their way to a large number of satisfied users!
