1) Introduction and orientation

2) Sharing information
Whether it be a meeting on site or a visit to our design studio, a personal appointment with one of our consultants is the perfect way to begin the process of realising your dream staircase. Prepare for the meeting by gathering any photographs, drawings or sketches and thinking about your preferences in terms of materials, finishes and design. A productive design meeting in the early stages of your new build or renovation creates an opportunity for our consultants to identify a personalised solution tailored to your requirements and budget.
3) Quotation or Visualisation
Your appointment with EeStairs has given you confidence in our capabilities, knowledge and experience; you have ‘clicked’ with us and want to go a 'step' further. There are two options; our advice can be provided in the form of a tender document including technical details and a quotation or we can produce a photo-realistic computer visualization presenting your custom made solution within your home.
4) Contract
Our proposals meet with your personal requirements and suit your budget, the next stage is the provision of written order. Upon receipt EeStairs prepares a detailed contract describing the product, delivery time and agreements.
5) Site Survey and Engineering
A comprehensive site survey will be carried out by one of our experienced surveyors to ensure that your custom made stairs is a perfect fit. Using the survey information, detailed drawings will be produced and issued to you for checking prior to manufacture.
6) Manufacture
EeStairs boast an impressive manufacturing facility of which we are very proud. We invite you to make an appointment with the consultant or project manager to visit our premises and see your own personal piece of ‘sculpture’ coming to life in the hands of our skilled craftsmen.
7) Installation and aftercare
A team of dedicated EeStairs technicians will deliver and install your stairs on time and to the highest possible standard. Upon completion our technicians will invite you to examine the stairs to confirm that the quality of workmanship meets with your expectations.
