Exclusive balustrades
The following balustrade systems have been developed in house and are exclusive to EeStairs:
TransParancy®
TransParancy® balustrade is composed largely of glass and is highly valued by our customers; it is often specified in prestigious locations where a depth of quality is paramount. Ideal for homes, shops and public buildings.
Glass infill can be combined with mild steel, stainless steel or timber. Where stainless steel is chosen a clean, modern look is achieved ensuring an exclusive aesthetic at a reasonable price.
TransParancy® balustrade is suitable for almost all applications and complies with building regulations.
FlatRhythm®
FlatRhythm balustrade has a horizontal infill of steel tubes or wire spaced in a horizontal rhythm hence the name, ‘FlatRhythm’. Not suitable for public places or where children may climb the balustrade this system is best used in environments such as offices where there will be a limitted number of familiar users.
Available in mild steel and stainless steel.
TopDown®
TopDown balustrade has a vertical rhythm of bars running from top to bottom. Originally used primarily for external balconies, EeStairs has refined the system and made it available for a wide range of applications. This system is largely used to guard public stairwells in apartments and offices.
Available in mild steel and stainless steel.
EeStairs TopDown balustrade is our most simple solution that complies with building regulations.
Air®
Air® balustrade is characterised by a fine infill of mesh or wire giving an ‘airy’, lightweight impression.
The balustrade is well suited to office environments where it’s transparency allows the transmission of light; in addition it is maintenance free and complies with regulations.
Fill®
As the name suggests Fill balustrade has a solid infill. Manufactured from mild steel, stainless steel or timber and in-filled with either plaster or fine perforated steel mesh it can be used as a slim partition or wide wall capped with handrail.
The Fill® balustrades are very popular and perfectly suited to situations where no light transmission is required and a the appearance of solidity compliments the interior.
Typically manufactured from steel, timber or MDF the system is flexible and works well with additional accent materials. Furthermore Fill® readily complies with building regulations.
O-Ther®
O-Ther® is the name given to unique custom made balustrades that fall outside of the above classifications.
Available in a broad selection of materials and to almost any design that you can conceive of.
