Inside Sales

The right person will be a part of and responsible for supporting the sales and estimating team with cold calling, email campaigns, sales and lead follow-up, scheduling EeStairs Facility tours/meetings, continuous improvement, etc.



This individual will lead the conversation, explore new frontiers, manage multiple priorities and take initiative.



3+ years of related Inside sales experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up on quoted projects and increase project closing rate.

  • You will drive growth by creating relationships with current and new clients.

  • Develop real connections through phone, email and professional networking.

  • Call new and current client lists to build and developing relationships.

  • Stay up to date on technical information, internal process and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of related construction or architectural sales experience.

  • Experience with managing accounts in CRM.

  • Passion to educate clients on our service, process, and product.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work at a faster than average pace.
