In the lobby of citizenM Bowery, EeStairs created two eye-catchers that perfectly match New York’s raw character: a podium-style social stair and a compact helical stair that rises tightly along the concrete core.

The helical stair combines tough steel with warm wood: a deep-black metal look with a wax finish on the inside, and an oak “timber look” on the outside. The brushed stainless-steel handrail sharpens the silhouette, while a subtle LED light line makes the stair glow in the evening.

The social stair was deliberately designed as a place to stay: wide treads, integrated seating and an open connection to the lobby. The wood is sustainably finished for a natural look and an easy-to-maintain surface.
