Two 1m2™ staircases as the key move
Together with Baeyens & Beck Ir. Architecten, EeStairs delivered two minimalist 1m2™ staircases. A small staircase solution that works especially well in townhouse renovations and compact layouts.

Loft ladder replacement and staircase to the attic
The 1m2™ is a space-saving steel staircase with a footprint of just 1 m². Thanks to its angled central column, it turns in a tighter circle than a traditional spiral staircase. In this project, both staircases are finished in RAL 9005. One connects the living areas to a new duplex bedroom zone. The other functions as a loft ladder replacement: a comfortable staircase to the attic, where a former roof space becomes a guest room.

Colours and installation
Available in 200+ RAL colours and selected metallic finishes. Installation is straightforward: with two people, roughly two hours.
